About MySeason

MySeason is an iOS app that provides AI-generated color season analysis for personal reference and entertainment. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What MySeason Is (and Isn't)

MySeason uses artificial intelligence to analyze your photo and provide personalized color recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the results are AI-generated suggestions -- not a professional color consultation. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors.

For best results, take your selfie in natural daylight, without heavy makeup or filters, and ensure your face, hair, and eyes are clearly visible.

Purchase

MySeason is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. This purchase grants you permanent access to the app's analysis features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Take photos in appropriate lighting for the best analysis results.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its AI models.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with our analysis API.
• Use the app for its intended purpose -- personal color analysis.

Updates

We may update the app and its features from time to time. We aim to keep improving the analysis quality and adding useful features, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as needed.

Limitation of Liability

MySeason is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results. Color analysis is inherently subjective, and results should be used as guidance, not absolute rules. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the analysis results.

Intellectual Property

The MySeason app, its design, code, and AI models are the intellectual property of Sim Studio. Your analysis results and shareable cards are yours to use and share as you wish.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
